Mrs. MA Darika serves as a Legal Adviser at LIM, where she provides comprehensive legal support across a range of contentious and advisory matters. Her professional focus encompasses civil and criminal litigation, alternative dispute resolution, land and property disputes, land due diligence, tax litigation, contractual and commercial matters, family matters, employment and labor law. With the academic credential in Law and International Relations, combine with over 06 years of professional practice, she is known as a reliable and experienced legal adviser, supports clients in resolving their issues.
Prior to joining LIM, she worked at HML LAW GROUP & CONSULTANTS, where she plays a key role in assisting the firm with numerous tax litigation cases at court, successfully handled multiple land contract disputes valued at over a million dollar, achieving mutually beneficial resolutions for the parties involved, and completed transactions involving thousands of hectares of land concessions by navigating formal conflict-resolution mechanisms from local commune councils to national authorities and the judiciary.
In addition, she has extensive experience in conducting land due diligence for both domestic and international investors, supporting the clients in land transfer process ensuring compliance with requirements set by the Land Office and/or Ministry of Land Management, Urban Planning and Construction, and she has a proven track record managing foreign work permit applications with Ministry of Labour and Vocational Training, assisting in share transfers and business registration with Ministry of Commerce.
