Nagacorp, the operator of NagaWorld, the sole integrated casino and hotel resort in Phnom Penh, Kingdom of Cambodia, successfully completed its USD 369 million expansion with the soft opening of the TSCLK Complex (Naga2) in November 2017. The TSCLK Complex offers around 1,000 hotel rooms, 38 luxury VIP suites, a multipurpose entertainment and theatre venue, additional gaming facilities, and is connected to the original NagaWorld via NagaCity Walk, Cambodia’s first underground shopping mall. Initiated in 2011, the project consists of the TSCLK Integrated Complex, NagaCity Walk, and a tourist park. Our partner has been served as the project’s legal adviser from the outset.
