Overview

Mr. CHUN Chanvanak is a Tax Manager at LIM. Prior to joining the firm, he accumulated over 10 years of professional experience in the tax sector at HML XAT Consulting Co., Ltd. His expertise covers tax compliance, tax audits, tax due diligence, tax planning and wide range of tax advisory services, including tax refund matters and dispute resolution relevant to taxation.

He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and Banking at Royal University of Law and Economics. Through his extensive practical experience, Chanvatanak has developed in-depth technical knowledge and strong proficiency in structuring tax-efficient transactions to mitigate unnecessary tax risks and consequences. His achievement has been recognized by various clients who has been once engaged in the actual work.

Chanvatanak assists and advises clients in many tax areas such as airline, garment and footwear, bank, brewery, trading (import and export), tobacco, real estate, special economic zone company, and other client from various sectors. At LIM, Chanvatanak also supervises junior staff in preparing application for tax registration, tax update, monthly tax return, and annual tax return. Furthermore, he provides training to team, both theory and practical works.
